Marc J. Gervais
Attorney Gervais was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on February 16, 1958. Attorney Gervais graduated from Boston College (B.A., Cum Laude,) in 1980 and received his law degree from Suffolk University in 1984. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1985 and is also a member of the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit Bar, and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and is fluent in French as his second language. He also has an extensive practice before the Board of Registration in Medicine, Nursing and Pharmacy, as well as other Boards. Moreover, he has extensive experience in other areas of Healthcare Litigation and peer review, employment, HIPAA, DPH investigations, business matters and other related health and medical issues.
William J. Davenport
Attorney Davenport was born in Wallingford, Connecticut on May 21, 1940. He graduated from Boston College in 1964, obtained a M.A and M.Div. from Boston College in 1965 and 1971, respectively. Attorney Davenport received his Ph.L Cum Laude from Weston College in 1965 and his M.Ed from Boston University in 1972. He obtained his law degree from Suffolk University in 1980 and was admitted to the Massachusetts and U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts bars in 1980. He is a member of Phi Delta Phi and Massachusetts Bar Association.
Lee B. Gosciminiski
Attorney Gosciminski, a registered nurse, was born in Boston, Massachusetts on July 6, 1950. She graduated from Boston University with her B.S.N. Magna Cum Laude in 1975 and obtained her M.S. from Boston College in 1983. She received her law degree from New England School of Law in 1997.
Jane P. Devlin
Jane P. Devlin practices employment-based immigration law, and spent 11 years in a nationally known immigration practice. Prior to practicing law, Jane worked in the areas of Software Engineering, Marketing, and Licensing in U.S. and International Markets (Europe, Asia/Pacific, Latin America). She has managed professionals in the UK, Scandinavia, France and Spain. She has been a consultant to the World Bank and to high tech companies in the US and Europe. She brings a wealth of international business knowledge to her immigration case analysis. She is a graduate of Michigan State University, Suffolk University Law School and The Catholic University of America. In addition to her immigration practice, Jane has a graduate degree in canon law (JCL) and is active in church and charitable activities.
